580 children who live in Mecklenburg County VA now receive a free book each month at no cost to the family. 450 have graduated from the program. So, in all, we have served 1030 children. We are working to register more eligible children.

Do you have a child under the age of five years old who lives in Mecklenburg County VA? If so, they are eligible to receive one book each month from Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. This is completely FREE to your family, all you have to do is sign up! Your child will receive one book each month until he or she turns five years old. Our goal is to give every child, regardless of income, the opportunity to own, read, and enjoy books. Instructions to register are below.
