Boylston Vector Spray Event August 12, 2026
Mosquitoes with West Nile Virus (WNV) were confirmed August 11th by MDPH in the eastern section of the town. Working with the Boylston Board of Health, truck-mounted Ultra-Low Volume (ULV) spraying will be completed in the area below (see map) on August 12th after sunset. It is important to note that spraying can reduce but not eliminate the threat of mosquito-borne illness in the areas that are sprayed. That's why it is important for individuals to continue to take personal precautions against mosquito bites, both before and after any spraying is conducted.
