Update on the cat rescued along Florida's Turnpike!
The cat was found just south of Exit 142 in Port St. Lucie by one of our maintenance team members. Once he was safe, our crew contacted Animal Control for the City of Port St. Lucie, who came out to pick him up. The cat was microchipped and the owner was contacted.
Thanks for following along. This is the kind of moment that reminds us there's always more happening out there than we expect.
