Do you need help with child care expenses? The Best Beginnings Child Care Scholarship is available for qualifying families to help.
To apply:
Create an Okta account or use existing account https://okta.mt.gov/
Look for the MAQCS application on the home page.
Select HHS MAQCS BBS
Parent Portal
Click ‘Log In’ on the portal homepage.
You will then be directed to fill in your information.
If you have applied for/had a BBS case, you will need the Case number/Person number. Call and get this information from Family Connections 406.761.6010/ 800.696.4503
Once complete, you will be able to apply or renew your case, submit changes, etc.
