Position Description

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality and fidelity of the
Allegheny County Community Violence Reduction Initiative transitional employment
program and service delivery program.
The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring and supporting consistent,
high-quality program ex*****on through the development of effective, efficient
systems and structures and creating solutions to address program modifications. The
Program Manager will oversee all facets of programming. The Program Manager will
report directly to the hiring organization’s executive director (ED) or designated
leadership team member and will supervise the Site Staff Supervisor and Clinician.
