All visitors must bring ID and sign in at the office when arriving on the Oneco campus.

Please check back when campus will be opened for the following: In order to maximize instructional time we invite visitors to spend time with your student during lunch. Students having lunch with an enrolling parent/guardian may invite 1 friend. Guests should
not be joining students on the playground or in the classroom. Classroom guests should be limited to volunteers and pre-arranged meetings with staff. Dismissal of Students
• No students will be dismissed before 2:50 unless an enrolling parent/guardian has checked the student out from the office.
• Students will be dismissed according to what is marked on the enrollment card (car, bus, walker, or daycare) unless a note is written in the agenda or a call to the office before 1:30. This is to ensure that all students get home safely.
• All cars designated to pick up students need a car hang tag for the rearview mirror. Obtain your car tag from the office. Cars without car tags will need to go to the office with ID.
• Cars should not be parked on school grounds or on the side roads for the purpose of picking up students. We want to keep these areas clear for our walkers. Thank you for your cooperation with these procedures and assisting us with providing a safe environment. When you sign in to have lunch with your child. You may ONLY have lunch with YOUR child. You must be on the child’s bio form either as the parent/guardian or as an emergency contact. This policy is to ensure that students are only coming in contact with adults their parents/guardians approve of. Children may no longer choose a friend to accompany them. Use of Agenda
Agendas are purchased using Title I funds in order to provide a method for two-way communication with families. The agenda is where you should look for information on a daily basis from the teacher. Please be sure to sign the agenda each evening and write notes with questions for the teacher in the agenda. Strong and positive relationships between home and school are essential to maximizing a student’s education. We appreciate your cooperation. Parent/School Compact Summary 2021-2022:
You will receive frequent communication regarding your child’s progress through: Parent/Teacher conferences, report cards, progress reports, agendas, email and phone calls. We need your involvement. Please be available to discuss your child’s progress.
• Ensure your child is at school, on time, each day
• Support homework completion and ensure uninterrupted daily reading at home
• Respond to school communications, sign agendas, and attend scheduled meetings
• Attend parent events and meetings and provide feedback on our parent involvement activities
• Complete the Annual Needs Assessment for our school
