Statement from the City of Bradford

The City of Bradford is deeply saddened by the passing of JD Dethloff, who passed away last night.

JD was more than someone who served this community. He was someone who truly loved Bradford and the people who call it home. He gave a great deal of his life to serving our citizens, and his dedication to this town will be remembered for years to come.

Bradford was a better place because of JD, and his absence will certainly be felt throughout our community. We are incredibly grateful for the years he gave to Bradford and for the lasting impact he made on so many lives.

Our hearts and prayers are with JD's family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Rest easy, JD. Thank you for loving and serving Bradford so well. You will be deeply missed.
