Happy Mother’s Day ❤️

Every department has varying costs, but compared to an all paid vs volunteer your taxes would be through the roof.

The theme for Brady Days 2026 is “Small Town ❤️ Big Heart.”

This past year, especially during and after the Cottonwood Fire, we witnessed the incredible strength, generosity, and compassion that makes Brady such a special place to call home. From our own amazing volunteer fire department and countless other departments, to the volunteers, donors, and numerous helping hands, Brady came together in a truly remarkable way.

But the heart of our town isn’t only seen in times of crisis, it’s part of everyday life - Neighbors helping neighbors, local businesses supporting community events, and people always showing up when someone is in need. Brady Days is a celebration of the pride, kindness, and community spirit that bring us together year after year.

Join us as we celebrate the Big Heart behind our Small Town, July 31st, August 1st and 2nd!

It’s really hard to understand how some people think

Well the governor did away with the burn ban

No he didn’t, there’s a 24/7/365 burn ban on by state statutes always has been since like forever.
What he did was take away the local departments ability to write a permit, even though a lot of districts weren’t writing them anyways!
As of now the Brady Fire District is NOT issuing permits!!
