Thanks to Brisket on the Farm for having us out to demonstrate the importance of electrical safety! There will be additional opportunities to catch our safety trailer out and about in the community this summer, stay tuned for more information!

The third annual Brisket on the Farm Tuesday looked to show the community what goes into bringing food to the dinner table while having some fun and eating some good brisket.

Severe Weather Update: Isolated to scattered strong to severe storms are possible around 5 to 9 PM this afternoon/evening. Large hail (to ping-pong ball size), strong winds (to 60 mph), and a tornado or two are possible. This risk is mainly for central and north-central Minnesota.

CANCELLED WARNING: The Tornado Warning for a landspout (generally weak and short-lived spin up) in west-central Cass County until 3:30 PM. This is not a traditional supercell tornadic environment, but more of an early-fall type pattern when we get these weak and short-lived landspout tornado spin ups. Think of it as a "strong, but yet non-severe, thunderstorm with funnel cloud" type of environment.
