Looking forward to participating in the 2nd Annual MLK Day Morning of Service for the first time with the Braintree Rotary Club. My friend, Meredith Boericke, Town Council District 5, started this last year. I'm actually not working Monday specifically so I can participate in this with my fellow Rotarians and neighbors.

In my wildest dreams... I did not have "Published Author" on my radar at this time last year.

Yes, I did have it on my big wild and crazy goals that I put together in 2020 as part of with Mel Robbins. But it was nowhere in my sights in the next 5 years when I sat down and put together my 5 Yr, 2 Yr and 2023 Goals at this time last year.

About Sunday October 29th, 2023....

Boston's Fox25 News was at our book launch and showcased it on the 10pm news on Sunday night!

Was I really featured at the lectern?? This is super ironic for this member of . Yup! The empty seat you see on the couch is where I was sitting, except when I was reading my excerpt!

Congratulations to my fellow SheBreathes Balance Women's Collaborative members and many who are now a thanks to this Book Collaborative!

Dreams and Goals do come true!!

This. This is what we have been dealing with for the last nearly 2 months in Braintree, MA. Amy Holmes of The Casual Cup Cafe is one of the best things to happen to our community and South Braintree Square. Her energy is infectious, she truly loves what she is doing, and she is all about cleanliness. (Wish I could hire her to clean my place.)

Right now I miss going to the Cup to work and chat with her and her crew. I always feel safe and at home there.

Her team is the best! Her smoothies are my faves and her treats and food are made with love, care, fresh ingredients, and as few extras that we don't need as possible. That's one of the many things I love about the Cup.

The Casual Cup is open daily 6:30am-2pm.

Today I picked up DVDs all of my interviews at BCAM. Looks like I interviewed 6 groups 7 times which means one group was interviewed twice. Looking forward to watching all of the interviews over the next week or so. Will be doing back in studio soon, hopefully next month!
