Today, we celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of the Braintree High School Class of 2026!

Over the past four years, this class has left a lasting mark on our school community through their hard work, resilience, leadership, talent, and commitment to one another. Whether in the classroom, on the stage, on the field, in our clubs, or through service to others, they have helped shape what it means to be a Wamp.

As they walk across the graduation stage today, they carry with them the lessons learned, friendships formed, and memories made throughout their journey in Braintree. While we are proud of all they have accomplished, we are equally excited for the opportunities that lie ahead.

No matter where life takes them next, we know the Class of 2026 will continue to make a positive impact on the world around them.

Congratulations, Class of 2026! Your future is bright, and we can’t wait to see all that you accomplish!

Today, members of the Class of 2026 returned to their elementary schools to walk the halls in their graduation gowns!

It was wonderful to see our youngest students cheering them on and to watch seniors reconnect with the teachers who helped shape their journey. There were so many great moments captured throughout the district, and while we couldn’t share them all, here are some of the highlights from today’s event.

Congratulations Class of 2026, we are excited to celebrate you at graduation on Saturday!

Yesterday, Hollis students and staff lined Washington Street for the funeral procession of Braintree Fire Department Lt. Paul Smyth.

Lt Smyth was a frequent visitor to Hollis to the annual Thanksgiving Feast and 9/11 Luncheon and his wife Barbie worked in the Hollis cafeteria for many years.
