We are celebrating HIGH ATTENDANCE DAY at BHP on 9-9-26! All students will get to wear FREE DRESS that day!

BHP's school picture day is 9/14/26. It will be a free dress day. Order forms will be coming home with your student soon. Picture orders are encouraged to pre-pay prior to picture day or within 24 hours after picture day, to avoid additional costs.

Meade County Angel Ministry Christmas Assistance-
Registration is OPEN. Please read instructions carefully . You can choose to register online or in-person during one of the times scheduled below.

A few reminders before we begin: Please make sure all photo attachments are clear and are legible.
You must have/ attach 1) your photo ID - preferably with your Meade Co. Address 2) proof of Meade county address - a piece of mail addressed to you with your Meade County address: bill , lease as long as it’s in your name 3) Proof of child- this can be birth certificate, immunization form, school enrollment. Please do not attach social security cards ( protect those numbers at all cost), or photos - we love to see your babies but that is not legal proof.
4) proof of income: Snap benefit letter or your paycheck stub. 5). Proof of guardianship if that is an issue for your family.
If you do not attach all verification, your child is NOT registered until we have all required documentation.

* if you need clothing/ shoes those should be numbered items and you need to list the size your child will need this winter

* we promise there is plenty of room to list their toys and interests!!

*the more detailed your requests are the better we can brighten your child(ren’s) Christmas 🎄

* you are allowed more items this year

* can register an unborn baby as long as it will be born by March 2027

* we register up to age 18 as long as they are registered in school. Once they graduate high school are assistance ends.

Please be prepared with everything you need before you sit down at computer or come in person. You will see a “You have Successfully registered” message after you submit your info.

***Once you are registered your children’s gifts are guaranteed, there is not reason to call when we pled for adoption assistance, it is part of the process. Just watch our page for pick up information.

Registration for Christmas begins on September 1 (locked until 9/1)

1st 100 families to register will receive a $25 Kroger gift card at Pick up.

We will do our in person Registration dates at North Pole (732 High Street) where we can be more accommodating to schedules:

Tuesday, September 8 4:00-5:00 pm

Wednesday, September 16 6:00-7:00pm

Saturday, October 3 11:00am - 12:00pm

Monday, October 12 10:00 - 11:00 am
