🚨 These are two different fire engines in Kentucky that were struck on the highway in the last week while parked in a protective position to shield firefighters working the initial accident scene.

Kentucky has Move Over laws in place to protect first responders on scene. I know it’s frustrating when you see the road blocked by a fire engine, but please understand — we’re doing this to keep our firefighters safe while we clear the incident as quickly and safely as possible.

Thank you for your patience and for moving over when you see emergency lights. It truly saves lives. ❤️🚒
