You Don’t Need a Degree to Save a Life. A person can bleed out in less than 5 minutes.
Would you know what to do?
Uncontrolled bleeding is the #1 cause of preventable death after an injury. Whether it’s a car accident, a household mishap, or a public emergency, the person closest to the scene is the one most likely to save a life.

Our STOP THE BLEED® course gives you the hands-on skills to step in when seconds count. It’s simple, it’s powerful, and anyone can learn it.

Learn Hands-On: Master the use of tourniquets and wound packing.

Gain Confidence: Turn fear into action during an emergency.

Be Prepared: Protect your family, your coworkers, and your community.

Flotilla 74 brought members, families, and friends together for a day of camaraderie, community spirit, and outdoor enjoyment during its organized picnic at Lithia Springs Park on Saturday, November 8, 2025. The event offered a refreshing break from routine while strengthening the bonds that make the flotilla’s volunteer mission strong.

Lithia Springs Park provided the perfect backdrop for the gathering, with its clear natural springs, shaded picnic pavilions, and spacious grounds. Members arrived throughout the morning, many bringing homemade dishes, desserts, and snacks to share. The potluck-style layout quickly turned into a lively food table full of variety and generosity.

Throughout the afternoon, attendees participated in casual games, social conversation, and relaxing walks around the park. The event also served as an opportunity for new members and prospective volunteers to meet the team, and learn more about ongoing Auxiliary activities. It was a warm and welcoming environment that highlighted the supportive culture of the flotilla.
