Is your pool ready for this cold snap? Make sure to either leave your pool running or make sure to drain the pumps and filter as they will freeze! Oh, and a replacement pump will run about $2,000.00,,,,,there are drain plugs on the pumps and the filter, open them and drain off ALL water or they will freeze and bust!

Arms length transactions: The Appraisal Institute’s fourth edition of The Dictionary of Real Estate defined an ALT as: “a transaction between unrelated parties under no duress.” In the fifth edition of that publication, the definition was replaced with: “a transaction between unrelated parties who are each acting in his or her own best interest.”
