Discover the foundations of mindfulness in a warm, beginner-friendly workshop with Brandon resident and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Mentor, AnnMarie Roth.

In Mindfulness Matters you'll learn both why mindfulness is important in your everyday life and what mindfulness meditation is and isn’t. Through practices, discussion, and reflection, you will learn how mindfulness can support greater calm, clarity, resilience, and presence, without needing to “empty the mind” or do anything perfectly. Grounded, welcoming, and accessible to all, this workshop is designed especially for those who are curious about meditation and looking for a gentle place to begin.
