Ending in 2 or 3 water on Tuesdays
Ending in 4 or 5 water on Wednesday
Ending in 6 or 7 water on Thursday

When water production falls to below 1.8 million gallons per day for 5 consecutive days the designation will revert back to Green. Please reset your sprinkler system to comply with the new watering restrictions.

Beginning Monday, August 3rd, traffic on Holly Boulevard will be shifted to the temporary bypass roadway along the north side of W. Holly Boulevard at the S. River Park Avenue intersection. The Contractor plans to shift traffic after 9:00 AM to allow for a typical morning commute on Monday.

Through traffic on W. Holly Boulevard will be maintained using the temporary bypass roadway for the duration of this phase of construction which consists of underground utility and roadway reconstruction at the W. Holly Boulevard and S. River Park Avenue intersection. It is anticipated that this work will be completed in early November 2026. S. River Park Avenue will be closed south of W. Holly Boulevard.

Motorists are encouraged to reduce speeds and follow all construction signage.

The project is anticipated to be completed in November 2026. The W. Holly Boulevard and S. River Park Avenue intersection improvements are part of the new River Park Development and align with long-term improvement plans to improve traffic operations and safety along W. Holly Boulevard.
