The Village of Indian Point Congratulates Shannon McQuality on her New Position as Interim Village Manager

The Village of Indian Point Board of Trustees extends its sincere congratulations to Shannon McQuality on her decision to accept the position of Interim Village Manager for the Village of Indian Point. Shannon has been the Financial Administrator for 3 years and had a perfect audit for 2025. Shannon has assisted the Village Manager in multiple projects and brought new events to the community. The Board feels she possesses the skills and knowledge for the Interim Village Manager position. Shannon is looking forward to serving the Indian Point community.

The Village of Indian Point Congratulates Matthew Henry on New Position

August 12, 2026

The Village of Indian Point Board of Trustees extends its sincere congratulations to Matthew Henry on his decision to accept the position of City Administrator for the City of Willard, Missouri.

Matthew has resigned from his position as Village Manager for the Village of Indian Point, effective August 25th, 2026. The board accepted his resignation and appreciated the service, leadership, and dedication he provided to our community during his tenure.

“Matthew has been an important part of the Village of Indian Point, and we are grateful for the work he has done on behalf of our residents,” said Ron Coomes, Chair of the Board of Trustees. While we are sorry to see him leave Indian Point, we are pleased to see him take this next step in his career. The position of City Administrator is a significant opportunity, and we wish Matthew every success in his new role.

The Village of Indian Point thanks Matthew for his contributions to the community and wishes him and his family the very best as he begins this new chapter of his profession
