On Wednesday, May 27th, the Branson Police Department, along with partnering law enforcement agencies, executed simultaneous search warrants across three separate jurisdictions as part of an ongoing investigation into an armed robbery that occurred in Branson earlier this month.

The operation involved the collaboration of several regional law enforcement partners, including specialized tactical teams, task forces, and investigative units. Due to the coordinated nature of the investigation and the potential threat posed by the suspects, all warrants were executed simultaneously to ensure the wellbeing of the public and law enforcement personnel. As a result of the operation, the following individuals were safely taken into custody:

▪️David Simpson, 20, of Ozark, MO.
▪️Nathan Girard, 20, of Rockaway Beach, MO.
▪️Jordan Molz, 21, of Branson, MO.

In addition to the above primary suspects, Andere Sanabria-Martinez, 22, of Ozark, MO. and Stephan Girard, 62, of Rockaway Beach, MO. were taken into custody on unrelated charges and offenses identified during the ex*****on of the search warrants.

Throughout the operation, investigators recovered weapons believed to have been used during the robbery, along with additional fi****ms and evidence related to the investigation.

The Branson Police Department would like to thank the following participating agencies for their professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to public safety throughout this operation: Taney County Sheriffs Office, Nixa Police Department, Ozark Police Department, Christian County Sheriff's Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol, United States Marshals Midwest Violent Fugitive Task Force, and the United States Department of Homeland Security.

Although these individuals were not affiliated with any recognized gangs, some of their associated activities resembled a group attempting to portray a similar image. This investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges may be forthcoming. The Branson Police Department requests that anyone with information about this case, or related incidents, contact our Investigators at (417)334-3300.

Memorial Day is a time to pause with purpose.

It is a day to remember the brave men and women who gave everything in service to our country, and to reflect on the families, friends, and communities forever changed by their sacrifice.

President Harry S. Truman once said, “Our debt to the heroic men and valiant women in the service of our country can never be repaid. They have earned our undying gratitude. America will never forget their sacrifices.”

At the Branson Police Department, we carry that gratitude with deep respect. Today and every day, we honor those who never came home and the legacy of courage, service, and sacrifice they leave behind.

Behind every safe route, repaired road, working signal, clear street and major event setup, there is a Public Works crew making it happen.

This National Public Works Week, we want to say thank you to the City of Branson Public Works, Engineering and Utilities teams for the work they do every day to keep our community moving and our officers safe on the road.

We appreciate your partnership, your hard work and the many ways you serve Branson behind the scenes.

Memorial Day weekend is rolling in—and so is the traffic! 🚗

Whether you're headed near or far, take a moment to drive smart:
✅ Follow the rules of the road
✅ Buckle up (yes, everyone!)
✅ Eyes on the road—not your phone
✅ Drive sober—every trip, every time

Let’s work together to keep this holiday weekend safe.

🌧️ Rainy Day Reminder from the Branson Police Department 🌧️

We’re seeing some heavy rain in the area, so please take it slow out there!

🚘 If your wipers are on, your headlights should be too. It’s the law and helps others see you.

⚠️ Drive cautiously and watch for flooded roads.

Stay safe and give yourself extra time to get where you’re going.
