provides Emergency Medical and Technical Rescue Services in the Towns of Brasher, Hopkinton, Lawrence, and Stockholm in St. Tri-Town operates three ALS ambulances and one equipment truck from two stations located in Brasher Falls and Nicholville, NY. We are dispatched by the St. Lawrence County Office of Emergency Services from the Public Safety Complex in Canton, NY. We are staffed by approximate

ly 70 volunteers from throughout the community, augmented by paid Advanced EMTs during daytime hours, 7 days per week. We receive our funding from patient billing, contracts with the four towns, and donations from generous individuals and organizations.

Today Tri-Town Rescue joined Brasher-Winthrop Fire, North Lawrence Fire, Lawrenceville Fire, and Nicholville Fire with a grand send off for the St Lawrence Larries Girls Softball!!! These girls are heading to the final 4 in Binghamton today! Good luck ladies and show them what our small area is capable of!!!

❤️ CPR & AED Awareness Week ❤️

This week, we recognize CPR & AED Awareness Week (June 1–7, 2026) and the critical role these lifesaving skills play during a cardiac emergency.

Sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere, at any time. When CPR is started immediately and an AED is used as soon as possible, a person’s chance of survival can double or even triple.

🚑 Learn CPR
⚡ Know the location of nearby AEDs
❤️ Be prepared to act in an emergency

You do not need to be a firefighter, EMT, or healthcare provider to make a difference. Bystanders who are willing and able to respond can provide vital care in the moments before emergency responders arrive.

We encourage everyone to take the time to learn CPR, become familiar with AEDs, and be prepared to help when every second counts.
