The West Dummerston Fire Department is a volunteer fire department serving the town of Dummerston. Dummerston is a small town in South Eastern Vermont, stretching from the shores of the Connecticut River, over Black Mountain, to the West River, and then up again to the Mountains and Sunset Lake.

4/17/11 - A 5+ alarm fire at the Brook's House in Brattleboro. 15 members of the West Dummerston Volunteer Fire Department and 3 apparatus responded. All of these photo's were taken by Captain David Shaw and are used with his permission.
