Brawley has talent—and sometimes that talent takes the world by storm! 🌟

On Monday, August 25, Mayor JJ Galvan and Councilman Gil Rebollar had the honor of presenting a City of Brawley proclamation to Hector Beltrán, professionally known as “DJ DYNAMIQO,” recognizing his outstanding achievements in the music and entertainment industry and his continued representation of Brawley and the Imperial Valley. 👏🎶

A proud Brawley Union High School graduate, Hector got his start performing at local gatherings, quinceañeras, and community celebrations before taking his talents to stages across the country and around the world. From Baja Beach Fest and Sueños to touring with Bad Bunny and serving as the official DJ for Fuerza Regida’s stadium tour, DJ Dynamiqo has made an incredible mark in the music industry. 🎧🔥

But no matter how big the stage, he continues to proudly represent where he came from. 💙💛

There’s a new spot in town, and the City of Brawley is excited to say… Welcome, Dutch Bros! 👋

Today, Mayor JJ Galvan, Councilman Gil Rebollar, City Manager Rebecca Terrazas-Baxter, and Development Services Director Cristhian Barajas stopped by the new Dutch Bros location to meet with Christian Fletcher, Regional Operator, and officially welcome the business to the Brawley community.

☕️🤝 Good coffee + new businesses + community connections = something worth celebrating!

As part of the visit, the City presented Dutch Bros with a Welcome to Brawley Certificate to mark their arrival and recognize their investment in our community.
