We’re seeking dependable, strong role models who are open to working evenings and weekends and ready to support youth in a structured, therapeutic environment.

💰 Pay & Benefits:

✔ $18–$22/hour (DOE)
✔ +$1.50/hour weekend differential
✔ PTO (Paid Time Off)
✔ 401K

What You’ll Do:

✔ Supervise and mentor youth in daily routines
✔ Teach life skills, responsibility, and healthy decision-making
✔ Help with schoolwork, activities, and recreation
✔ Maintain structure, enforce rules, and build positive relationships
✔ Transport youth to appointments and activities
✔ Complete daily documentation and reports

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Age 21+
✔ High school diploma or GED
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Ability to pass background check & drug screen
✔ Strong communication, consistency, and reliability
