♻️Recycling– Is available all year through the Wilkin County Recycling Program ♻️
♻️The following is available 24/7 & can be sorted & dropped in the recycling containers outside the Recycling Center at Highway 75 & 7th Street South (505 8th St. S.), Breckenridge: Cardboard, Aluminum/Tin, Glass, Newsprint, Plastic, Magazines, Office paper/shredded paper, Phone books, Batteries, Used oil, Used anti-freeze, Used oil filters (other items also recyclable only during operating hours: example- tires, fluorescent bulbs) (TV, computer, printer, etc.- visit: wilkincounty.gov/electronicsrebate)
♻️Household Hazardous Waste Collection at Recycling Center from 10am-2pm on August 19, September 16 (examples: Latex & oil-based paints, stain, varnish, lacquer, paint thinners, furniture stripper, aerosols, adhesives, drain cleaners, automotive products, home & garden pesticides, hobby supplies, rechargeable & button batteries, solvents, & wood preservatives)
♻️Household appliances drop site available 24/7 & is located South on Highway 75, turn east at 360th Street/Township Road 83, & then turn north into the 2nd driveway
