Announcement about Happy Play Company. ✨
When we announced the business was for sale, we were overwhelmed with the love and interest from our community. We actually received TWO full-price cash offers from amazing people who were excited and ready to continue HPC and keep it going for local families. We truly believed the business would continue on.
Unfortunately, our landlord and another local business had other plans for the building, which ultimately prevented us from being able to move forward with either buyer. This was completely out of our hands.
While this chapter is ending much sooner than we hoped, we are incredibly grateful for every family who walked through our doors, celebrated birthdays with us, attended events, supported small business, and made HPC so special. Watching your kiddos play, learn, laugh, and make memories here meant everything to us. 🫶
At this time, all sales are final, including punch cards and gift cards. However, we do plan to honor outstanding gift cards and punch cards with a new concept currently in the works.
While our time in this location has come to an end, we are taking some time to regroup, reset, and gather ourselves. We do hope to be back in the future in a different way, and we can’t wait to share what that may look like when the time is right. 🤍
