Save the date September19, 2026!
The next Madison Township Lions Club Pork Chop Sale will be held on September 19. Unfortunately due to rising costs we will be charging $9.00 per chop or $8.50 pert chop if buying ten or more. Sale will be from 11AM until 2PM at the Wyatt Fire station.
We look forward to once again serving a great product and raising funds for our many projects and donations to local charities.

On June 9 the Madison Township Lions Club announced and awarded nine $1000 scholarships to area high school graduates during our monthly meeting. The recipients are from five area high schools; Penn, Bremen, Northwood, Mishawaka, and Marian. Each graduate stated the field of study and school they are going to attend to further their education. The recipients are; Kam Chamness, Alex Wright, Emily Smiley, Kendall Marker, Mika Wisler, Jacob Berger, Henry Pfeiffer, Colten Handley, and Liam Gallagher.
The Lions club donated to the Wakarusa Lions Club and the Madison Township Volunteer Fire Department. Both organizations were instrumental in the success of our Pork Chop Sale.
The club also is a sponsor of the Saint Joseph County 4-H Foodie Friends Workshop to be held at the County Fair Grounds. This workshop will help the entrants of the Foods project at the fair.

The Lions club cannot express enough gratitude to the community for your support of our Pork Chop Sale on Saturday May 16. We sold out of nearly 3000 pork chops, many end cuts as well as our pork and beans. The funds raised will be used throughout the year to support many service endeavors and donations.
We also want to thank the Wakarusa Lions Club, Lakeville Lions Club, Madison Twp. Volunteer Firemen and the neighborhood friends who helped us with this sale. Without their help, we would not have the manpower to accomplish this feat. Approximately 40 people worked nearly 300 hrs on this event. Everyone sees those working outside on sale day, but there are many working behind the scenes and throughout the week.
