Good afternoons LOWRSD customers! I have been getting a decent amount of comments lately about our hours of operation, how to pay the bill, and about our website.

I would like to start by addressing our hours of operation: we are in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8 a.m.-1p.m. I understand not everyone can call with questions or comments during that time, I would like to inform everyone if you call 574-546-2318 (office phone number) it will ring you through to yours truly 😉 I do my absolute best to answer ALL after hour calls. In case I miss your call, please leave me a brief message and I will call you back as soon as possible.

Next: Ways to pay your bill- you may drop by during hours of operations to say hi to us and pay in person, you may drop it in the drip box any time at your leisure, you may call your bank if you do online banking and set up for them to send us a check every month automatically out of your account. Unfortunately at this time we can jot directly take a payment from your account into ours (A.K.A. ACH) but if you dont know we do accept credit card payments now!!! WOOHOO!!!

Finally: drum roll please - we now have a website! www.lakeofthewoodsrsd.com. here you can easily pay your bill, view minutes from boards meetings, check on project updates and much more!

Over the years, we've seen the need, read every DM, and have even asked for recommendations ourselves. So, we figured it was time to create a resource the entire lake could use!

The dam closes first thing tomorrow morning, which means the water level will start going up!

Today’s a beautiful day to finish that dock installation or prep the boat. 🚤
