Bravo Zulu to ’s Warrior of the Week, MVP Civilian of the Week, and MVP Contractor of the Week!

Warrior of the Week: Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Teresa Silva of Bovina, Texas, has made an immediate impact since reporting aboard USS Ronald Reagan. As Deck Department’s primary RPPO, she developed a six-month forecast for critical replenishment, Search and Rescue, boat gear, and lifesaving equipment requirements, strengthening the ship’s readiness posture. Her expertise in anchoring operations was instrumental during the onload of both port and starboard anchor chains and anchors. BM3 Silva’s initiative, leadership, and attention to detail continue to make her a valuable asset to the Reagan team.

MVP Civilian of the Week: Shipfitter Jason Ocholick of PSNS Shop 11 has been a driving force behind critical tank repair efforts throughout Ronald Reagan’s availability. Serving as lead repair mechanic, he successfully executed approximately 28 major tank repair jobs while coordinating across multiple organizations to overcome complex challenges unique to the project. His commitment to first-time quality, technical excellence, and mentorship has elevated his team’s performance and contributed directly to mission success.

MVP Contractor of the Week: Senior Project Manager Roy Eiss has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication throughout the availability period. Leading from the front, Roy consistently provides expert analysis, clear communication, and solutions-focused leadership to ensure project milestones are met on schedule. His management of work packages has been instrumental in completing key requirements and advancing the overall success of USS Ronald Reagan’s maintenance and modernization efforts.

Warrior of the Week: Aviation Ordinanceman 3rd Class Bryan Demott, from Wall, New Jersey, is
currently serving as the SEWS Leading Petty Officer, where he leads 20 junior Sailors. A03 has
managed over 200 man hours to restore over 500 pieces of critical shipboard equipment
components during our availability. AO's leadership and drive has directly enhanced ship force
readiness. Great work AO3!

MVP Civilian of the Week: Taylor Goodell, an electrical engineer, has been an indispensable
leader and trusted technical expert throughout our availability, regularly consulted by the
Engineering Field Office, electricians, and Ship's Force. He has been integral to complex
electrical troubleshooting efforts across systems. Demonstrating an incredible level of
ownership, Taylor seamlessly coordinates between engineering planning, production teams,
and the ship to ensure high-priority tasks meet strict project timelines. Taylor is a vital asset to
the overall success of Reagan getting ready for the fight.

MVP Contractor of the Week: James Miles, lead shipfitter, demonstrates exceptional
commitment, leadership, and professionalism in ensuring critical work is completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards. His proactive communication, relentless drive,
and strong sense of ownership resolve issues before they could impact ex*****on and maintains focus on mission success. James routinely exceeds normal job expectations by going above and
beyond his assigned duties to ensure successful outcomes. James serves as an excellent example for others to follow.

Warrior of the Week: Yeoman Seaman Mckenna Dionne, from Jacksonville, Florida, is in her
first year onboard, and has hit the ground running as the Yeoman for Operations Department and out performs her peers. This past week alone, she has processed 5 transfer requests, 3 re-enlistment packages, 5 end of tour awards, and 78 correspondence for a department of 86 personnel. YNSN has effectively managed the administrative workload with little to no supervision and continues to perform with excellence. Great work YNSN!

MVP Civilian of the Week: Nate Cutler, an electrical supervisor, has been instrumental in
providing temporary electrical distribution support through our availability. He consistently meets key milestones by coordination complex electrical setups that support PSNS, ship's force, and contractors across the warship. Currently, Nate is driving the flight deck non-skid evolution by removing and rerouting electrical services to keep us on track.

MVP Contractor of the Week: Jose Jimenez, an equipment operator, has over a decade of
experience. Jose has played a key role in overseeing and contributing to our Reagan ready operations. He keeps our equipment at peak readiness to efficiently remove and install brand new nonskid and preservation systems. Jose continues to demonstrate exceptional
commitment and dedication to the project.

Warrior of the Week: Gunners Mate 3rd Class Terrell Williams, from Grand Rapids, Michigan, demonstrated exceptional technical acumen and dedication in his preparation of sprinkler systems for forward and aft weapon systems. His tireless efforts and meticulous attention to detail were instrumental to Weapons Department's successful completion of the Magazine Sprinkler System Certification. By ensuring these critical safety systems were operational and ready for ordinance stowage, GM3 directly contributed to the ship's overall combat readiness. Outstanding job GM3!

MVP Civilian of the Week: Kamron Harvey, a welder, utilized innovative techniques to complete a task that allotted 800 welding hours in just 38 hours during an installation. In addition to being a highly skilled craftsman, he also serves as a vital coordinator between trades and engineering teams. Kamron consistently demonstrated exceptional skill and delivers high-quality welding and structural work, always ensuring the safety and success for the USS Ronald Reagan.

MVP Contractor of the Week (Not Pictured): Victor Mosqueda, a structural superintendent, has managed all repairs for catwalks, underwater hull and freeboard, encompassing over 1000 structural repairs. With his attention to detail and dedication to quality, Victor reflects the highest standards of the PSNS & IMF community and contributes to the Navy fleet's readiness.
