Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated 👇

✔️ Fill half your plate with fruits & veggies
✔️ Choose whole grains when you can
✔️ Add healthy protein like beans, eggs, or chicken
✔️ Drink water instead of sugary drinks
✔️ Use healthy oils in your meals

And don’t forget - kids need time to play and be active every day!

Our Early Learning & Family Services team loved hosting this special morning for children and their loved ones. It was a joyful time filled with connection, smiles, and meaningful moments together.
