🎉 Every day this week, we celebrated our teachers to show our appreciation for the hard work they do, but we know that thanking them just one week out of the year isn't enough. Our teachers - and all teachers - should be celebrated every single day! 🎉

🍎 Very few professions outside of teaching require such a broad set of skills. When teachers teach, they are doing more than delivering information to students. They develop long and short term educational plans for a diverse set of students, they are coaches, mediators, nurses, data diggers, protectors, motivators, and so much more. They lose sleep over other people’s children, dream about their futures, and truly want what is best for each and every one of them. 🍎

❤️ Our teachers do all of this in a thoughtful way with kindness and grace. ❤️

Thank you to the teachers of Brenham Elementary, and teachers everywhere, for everything you do. When you build great kids, you build better communities!

This week we are celebrating our team of dedicated, professional, caring teachers who pour their heart and soul into educating our students! They are the ones who make learning fun and MEANINGFUL for each and every student, every single day. 😊

🏃‍♀️ Let's Get Ready to Relay! 🏃‍♀️

Our 2024 Track and Field days are happening the week of May 13-17! 🏃‍♂️ Classes will be competing against each other in the gym through a series of relays, then cap it all off with a friendly game of tug of war!! They've been practicing hard and it's going to be a great event for EVERYONE!

Remember Parents:
👟 Students should wear close-toed shoes for safety!
💧 Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!

Our OUTSTANDING staff came together to practically blockade their doors, fill their offices with (ALL THE) 🎈balloons🎈, and make them feel appreciated from bell to bell! 🎉🎉

Today, we're taking a special moment to celebrate and appreciate our incredible principal, Mr. Siemsglusz! 🎉 Mr. Siemsglusz is one-of-a-kind: easy-going, caring, and always has our best interests at heart—for students, staff, and parents.

You can always count on him to listen, understand, and help troubleshoot. Whether it's helping a student through a tough day or supporting a teacher with a new idea, he's there, ready to support where he can.

His approachable, caring nature shines through in everything he does. He creates an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. We're so lucky to have him as our principal!🍀
