📢 Summer Meals To-Go Registration is LIVE for June 15th!
We are absolutely blown away by the response so far—over 750 of you have already signed up! Your support and enthusiasm for our meal program mean the world to us.

🍎 The Update
We’ve been working closely with our grocery suppliers and evaluating our storage capacity. We have some good news and a small heads-up:

Bonus Capacity: We’ve managed to stretch our resources to add an extra 100 meals to our original plan!

The Cap: To ensure every child receives high-quality, nutritious meals, we must cap registration at 1,200 children.

We had a first great day of meals to-go! If you forgot to pickup your meals, we will be at Brenham Middle School tomorrow, June 2 from 9am-10am. This will be your last opportunity to pick up meals until June 15.

Huge shoutout to the Brenham Football team, Brenham Next and Clay Gillentine, Superintendent - Brenham ISD for helping us distribute this afternoon! June 15 registration opens tomorrow morning!

We want to address something we hear often from parents about our summer meal program:

“I don’t want to sign up because I’d rather save the food for a family who needs it more.”

We truly appreciate the heart behind that thought, but we want families to know this program is funded through federal reimbursements. The more families who participate, the stronger our program becomes.

By signing up, you are not taking food away from someone else. You are:

🤝 Helping normalize participation for others
🏫 Helping Brenham ISD maximize funding and support for child nutrition programs
