Congratulations to Human Resources Risk Supervisor, Lisa Fioravante, for receiving her CEAS II: Expanded Ergonomics Assessment Skills Certification.

The CEAS II builds on the foundation of basic ergonomics principles and best practices. During the certification training, Lisa acquired knowledge on why ergonomic injuries happen, use of additional assessment tools, task step analysis, and the role posture and task repetition play.

Since the beginning of this year, Rockingham County has welcomed many new employees to the Facilities Operations department. We are looking forward to all the experience, knowledge, and skills they will continue to bring to the county complex over the next years ahead.

From the new Assistant Director of Facilities, Rich Zabroski: "I have worked in facilities for over 25+ years, most recently being the Chief Maintenance Engineer at the Tampa Convention Center and for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology before that. I'm very excited to use my experience and knowledge to continue to assist Jude Gates (Senior Director of Facilities Operations) in maintaining the mission and goals of Rockingham County."

Alison Kivikoski, Senior Director of Human Resources and Autumn Newsome, Recruiter, recently got the chance to speak at the first annual New Hampshire Long Term Care Summit - a public policy event that focuses on practical solutions to enhancing long term care. The panel focused on providing innovative solutions to the nursing workforce challenges in New Hampshire, including the latest trends, statistics, and recruitment/retention best practices.

We are eager to continue this conversation and appreciated the opportunity to discuss this important topic amongst long-term care providers in the State of NH.
