There's always something fun happening on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings at our library! Children and families are welcome to join us for story time and children's yoga every week.

Both events are best for children ages 5 and younger, but children of all ages are always welcome to attend.

Library-lovers and Brentwood friends: Please come help us say farewell to our Eulalie location on Saturday, September 12 at 1-3 p.m. We would love to see as many of your faces as possible!

Cake will be served and fun activities are planned. Plus, we'll have some limited edition historic library postcards for the taking. Stop by and share some memories with us before we move!

Lexi, a therapy puppy from Champ Assistance Dogs, is visiting the library for a special story time on Tuesday, 8/11. Children and families can join for 30-minutes of stories, songs, and movement. There will be plenty of time to shower Lexi with attention, too!

Due to some construction delays, we are moving our Books across Brentwood event to Saturday, September 26! If you would like to join us in making a human chain from our current location the the new library, register through the link below! You'll get reminders and updates about the event.

Lexi, a therapy puppy who comes to our story times, is ⭐A STAR!⭐

Lexi is starring as Crab in the St. Louis Shakespeare Festival's performance of The Two Gentlemen of Verona.

40 dogs auditioned for the role, and Lexi was one of the 5 dogs chosen for the part! Lexi will be performing at the City of Weldon Spring on Friday, 8/7 and at the Chesterfield Amphitheatre on Friday, 8/12. Catch a show if you can!

If you can't make it out to STL Shakespeare Fest, you can catch Lexi at the Brentwood Public Library on Tuesday, 8/11 at our Toddler Story Time. There, she will be starring in the role of Lexi, the story time dog who sometimes tries to eat bubbles.
