To provide a sanctuary for nature that inspires exploration and lifelong environmental conservation. Owls' Hill Nature Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) non-profit located in Brentwood, TN that provides a protected home for over 2,000 species of flora and fauna in our 300-acre nature sanctuary. We offer over 120 public educational and recreational programs a year, school field trips, summer cam

p, private tours, and more. We are open for Day Pass visitors to explore our trails, gardens, and arboretum Monday through Saturday from 8:30am-3pm.

Summer Nights at Owl's Hill end this week!

Stop by and visit us Thursday, July 30 until 8 pm. Enjoy a hike, a picnic, some quiet time outdoors, or stop by one of our Pop-Up Programs.

This week's Pop Up Program will be a 100 Inch Hike. Let's see what we can find when we slow down and look closely at a small area.

Admission to Pop-Up Programs is included with your Day Pass. All ages welcome. No additional registration required.

We're so grateful to our friends at Harmony Wildlife for bringing Mocha (pictured) and Pickles to two of our summer camps this year! The kids loved learning all about squirrels and other wildlife and the important work our local wildlife rehabbers do every day.

It's time to go wild...for fungus! Peer into the fascinating world of fungi and find out how fungi makes the world go 'round. Learn how to grow your own edible mushrooms at home, and go for a hike to learn about fungi in our area.

Ticket price includes admission for up to two people, an oyster mushroom grow kit to take home and a guided hike.

Tickets are on sale now for our Music in the Meadow concert series benefitting Owl's Hill Nature Sanctuary.

The music returns on August 29 with singer-songwriters Georgia Middleman, Gary Burr, and Jim Photoglo.

Bring your own picnic dinner and drinks and enjoy an evening of great music in an intimate outdoor setting.

As of Noon today, we've raised $5,554 for the owl ambassadors at Owl's Hill. Thank you for going "Owl In for Nature"!

With just under 12 hours to go, do you think we can reach $6,000 or even more?

The Owl's Hill ambassador owls mesmerize visitors of all ages. Seeing an owl in the wild is a rare and special experience. At Owl's Hill, you can see them up close, appreciate the power of their talons, and marvel at the wisdom in their gaze.

But we can't be the very best stewards of their care without your help!

Your gift allows Hoot and Annie, Boomerang, and Shakespeare (plus, Louis and Orion too!) to inspire minds and foster connections with the natural world.

In these final hours of the campaign, your gift can make a huge difference! From supplying many dozens of mice each month to veterinary care to updated enclosures, your gift support the health and well-being of the ambassador owls so visitors may continue to learn and be inspired.
