Seeking candidates for a full-time position to join our team of Case Managers (CMs) who work with adults with intellectual disabilities/autism.

ISC for ME, LLC, case managers, work with adults with diagnosed with intellectual disabilities and/or Autism who live in Central Maine. Currently the team is approved to work remotely, however when the pandemic is ended candidates are required to have monthly contact with the members assigned to them with includes face to face in person contact.
