🍁There is still time to register for our History Exchange meeting tomorrow at the Southeast Museum! 🍁

Join us and the Southeast Museum as we restart our monthly History Exchange meetings with a special event inspired by REV 250!

Our first session will be held at the museum and will feature an exploration of Jean Leon Gerome Ferris's (JLG Ferris) captivating paintings, followed by a discussion on Enoch Crosby.

Born in 1863, JLG Ferris developed a keen interest in the Revolutionary War era around the centennial celebration. His artwork includes vivid depictions of historical figures like George Washington, John Paul Jones, and Ben Franklin, along with his other favorites such as Abe Lincoln, the Mayflower, and Christopher Columbus. JLG Ferris was very good at capturing people's emotions. You can imagine what people are thinking. It brings history to life in a new way. You can go back in time from the safety of the museum. We won't make you fight any battles.
Presentations will be led by Michele Carlson and Jim Delawder. Don’t miss out on this intriguing journey through time!
