MGNJA, Inc MGNJA, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2000 providing small financial grants to men, women, and children living with disabling HIV/AIDS.

Grants are paid directly to vendors to help cover essential medical care, utilities, and rent.

Today, MGNJA Inc. was incredibly proud to have our reigning Mr. & Miss Gay New Jersey 2026, Kameron and Natalie, march proudly in the Jersey City Pride Parade and take the stage for a special performance on the main stage!

They represented not only themselves and their individual journeys, but also the Mr. & Miss Gay New Jersey titles and MGNJA Inc. with pride, love, visibility, and purpose. πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆπŸ‘‘

This past weekend, the Miss Gay New Jersey Association was incredibly proud to see our reigning Miss Gay New Jersey, Natalie Carrera, serve as host of The PrEP Rally, a powerful day dedicated to education, prevention, and community empowerment.

Presented through the partnership of NJCRI and Gilead Sciences, the event brought our community together with free HIV/STI testing, PrEP consultations, games, music, food, drinks, and resources designed to break stigma and encourage people to take charge of their sexual health. Gilead has long supported community-based HIV prevention and PrEP education initiatives, helping expand access to life-saving information and care. (Newark Pride, Inc.⁠)

As an organization, we are especially proud because the Miss Gay New Jersey Association partners with the Beacon Light Fund, whose mission is to provide financial assistance and support to New Jersey residents living with HIV/AIDS. Every opportunity to educate, advocate, and connect our community brings us one step closer to a healthier future.

Natalie, thank you for using your crown with purpose, your voice for advocacy, and your platform to uplift our community. Your leadership reminds us that representation is most powerful when it creates lasting impact.

It is an honor to represent our incredible state, celebrate our LGBTQ+ community, and continue the legacy of leadership, visibility, service, and pride. Every appearance, every conversation, and every event is an opportunity to uplift others and remind the world that authenticity, diversity, and love make our community stronger.
