For National Trail Days, our Mono County Recreation team was out clearing down trees and doing additional restoration efforts on the Parker Lake and Robinson Creek trails.

Thank you to those who keep our trails accessible to all.

You can join one of many volunteer days this summer, to help keep these spaces accessible and natural. Join us next Saturday and Sunday for an invasive w**d pull at Mono Lake.

We found these beauties right next to the road, right before Convict Lake. Invisible in the sage, you don’t want to find out what happens when one jumps out in front of your car.

Obey the speed limits but also be an active driver. Keep your eye on the road and be ready to brake for our neighbors, animals and humans.
