To sign up for bank draft, please bring a voided check to our office, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and fill out an authorization form.

To pay your bill over the phone, our NEW pay-by-phone number is 844-420-0843

To pay online, please visit our website at https://bridgeportutilities.com/ and click "pay bill" then "access the customer portal". Here, you can make an account, set up automatic payments, or make a one-time payment.

As always, you can still bring cash, cards, and checks to our office during business hours, or leave cash and checks in the night deposit box with your name and account number attached.

Hey BUB customers! We have some super exciting news to share: our new website is now LIVE!! Also, we will have a new payment portal AND bank draft available this Fall.

IMPORTANT: Although the website is ready for you, these two new payment options are not yet available for use, so you will need to continue using our current online payment option through Nexbillpay, https://bridgeport-utilities.nexbillpayonline.com/ for the time being, and we will let you know as soon as you can switch to payment portal or bank draft! And as always, you are still welcome to bring in person payments to the office.

For now, get familiar with the NEW website and print any forms you need here: https://bridgeportutilities.com/ and bring them by the office any time! Bank draft forms will be accepted now, although payments will not yet be drafted.

All past due payments are due by the 20th of the month. When the 20th falls on the weekend you do have the Monday by 4pm to pay. The office will be closed this Friday the 19th! We do have a drop box on the side of the building. Use an envelope and include your name and address.

Past due bills are always due on the 20th of each month by 4pm. If the 20th falls on the weekend you have the Monday til 4pm to pay.
