Every person deserves a safe, stable place to call home — and the law is on your side.

Under the Fair Housing Act, it is illegal to discriminate in the sale, rental, or financing of housing based on:

✅ Race or Color
✅ National Origin
✅ Religion
✅ S*x
✅ Disability
✅ Familial Status

Discrimination can look like being told a unit is unavailable when it isn't, being steered toward or away from certain neighborhoods, or being denied reasonable accommodations for a disability.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you have options:
