📚 New Book Tuesday

This week in new books, the fall colors really pop!

🍂The Best American Food and Travel Writing is collection of the year's best food and travel writing, selected by chef and humanitarian José Andrés: “In these pages you have a how-to manual of opportunities to make the world a better place.”
🍂The Slantwise Histories (Harrow) presents new and collected short stories from among the author’s best-known works, including the author's preferred text of previously published stories.
🍂For middle-grade readers, in Brittle Magic (O'Shaughnessy), everyone in the Brittle family has a magical talent, except Shiloh, but she's determined to unlock her own greatness in this novel about family and forgiveness.

All NCW Libraries branches will be closed on Wednesday, October 28 while our staff come together for our annual Staff Day.

Staff Day is a chance for team members from all of our branches across Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Okanogan, and Ferry counties to gather in one place. We’ll spend the day learning, sharing ideas, and building the skills that help us serve you better all year long. With branches spread across five counties, it’s one of the few days we’re all together, and we’re so grateful for your patience while we invest in our team.

📚 New Book Tuesday

This week’s new books are getting a little cozy!

🍂In Dead Before Tea Time (Beaton), 37th in the cozy mystery series, Agatha Raisin's Cotswolds village is in an uproar when word spreads that their beloved Red Lion pub is set to close.

⏰ Monday Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM (closed for lunch 12 - 1 PM)
⏰ Adjusted Tuesday-Friday Hours: We will open at 12:30 PM and close at 5:30 PM
⏰ Closed Saturday so be able to be open on Monday.
