What we are about is to help support aged-out foster care youths and seniors facing homelessness comprehensively and compassionately. We will provide stable housing, education, job training, and mentorship for foster care youths, social services, and community engagement for seniors. Our holistic support will include mental health services, financial literacy training, and peer support groups. We will empower these vulnerable populations to achieve stability and self-sufficiency by fostering community and a sense of belonging.
