Logan Township NJ Municipal Utilities Authority Logan Twp., NJ - Waste Water Treatment Facility Most of the industrial wastewater comes from food related industries.

The Authority's Water Reclamation Facility can treat 2,500,000 gallons per day of wastewater from Logan Township & portions of Woolwich Township. About 5 % of the wastewater comes from industrial sources; the remaining 95 % comes from commercial and residential sources.

Just a reminder that 3rd quarter 2026 sewer payments are due by Monday, 8/31. A penalty of 1.5% per month will be added to the unpaid balance if not received.

There is a fee of $1.95 for e-checks or 2.95% for credit or debit card payments. You can sign up for an account to save your payment information and even set up automatic payments.

There is a service fee of $1.95 for e-checks or 2.95% for credit or debit card payments. PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Take notice that sealed bids will be received by the Logan Township MUA (LTMUA) Township of Logan at the Logan Township M.U.A., 69 Jefferson Lane, Logan Township, New Jersey 08085 on September 10, 2026 at 10:00 am and opened and read aloud for the furnishing of the following chemicals for the Logan Township M.U.A. from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2029 in approximate quantity, namely:

Polymer Clarifloc NE-1991 or equivalent 2300 lbs. IBC/30-275gallon

Specifications and conditions are on file at: LTMUA, 69 Jefferson Lane, Logan Township, NJ 08085, where they may be examined or obtained by bidders. They are also available on the LTMUA website.

All bids must be made in strict compliance with the bid solicitation, utilizing the bid form provided. All bids shall be returned to the LTMUA attention: Carly Schultz, Business Manager in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder along with the bid item.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and bid bond or certified check or cashier’s check drawn to the order of the LTMUA. in the amount of 10% of the total amount of the bid. In addition, each bid shall be accompanied by a properly executed consent from an approved surety company, licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, which consent form shall contain language stating the surety company will agree to furnish the required performance bond upon the award of the contract or by letter from a federal or state bank or savings bank agreeing to furnish a letter of credit.

The successful bidder shall be required to enter into a contract within the time period prescribed by law, after notice of the award, or forfeit the bid security. Bid securities will be returned to all but the three apparent lowest responsible bidders. All other bid securities will be returned within three days after awarding and signing of the contract and approval of contractor's performance bond or bank letter of credit, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded.

Bidders must comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, Chapter 127, (Affirmative Action Regulations), P.L. 1977, Chapter 33 (Corporate Disclosure Statements), and all other provisions of New Jersey Law.

The LTMUA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, or to make awards to such bidder or bidders who in the judgment of the LTMUA makes the most advantageous bid and to waive any such informalities as may be permitted by law.

PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Logan Township MUA (LTMUA) at 69 Jefferson Lane, Logan Township, NJ 08085 on August 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and opened and read aloud for the furnishing of the following services for the LTMUA namely:

Sludge Removal and/or Disposal
