Family Reentry J-Connect Youth Program The Family Reentry Youth Program is committed to enhancing the resiliency of children & youth by providing supportive mentoring services.

The Family ReEntry J-Connect Youth Program serves youth, ages 10-17, who have been identified as being at-risk for negative outcomes including criminal justice involvement. Youth may be impacted by family violence, the incarceration of a parent or close family member, and may be currently involved with the Juvenile Justice System. This program offers a community based mentor model serving youth in

Our Story

Family Reentry serve children and youth, ages 10-17, through out J-Connect Youth Mentoring Program. Mentoring is provided to youth at risk to provide support and diversion services. Many of the youth referred experience adversity in their homes, schools and communities. Youth may be impacted by poverty, family violence, the incarceration of a parent or close family member, and may be involved with the Juvenile Justice System. The J-Connect Program is a community based mentor model serving youth throughout Fairfield County. One-to-one mentoring provides supportive interaction to vulnerable youth.
