Bridger is a small town located in south central Montana. Bridger is approximately 40 minutes from Billings, and Bridger is approximately 25 minutes from Red Lodge. Bridger is approximately 1.5 hours from Yellowstone Park. Bridger had the population of around 800 plus residents, made up of agriculture, blue collar, white collar and retired citizens. In Bridger you can found a place to eat, drink,
buy fuel, car-quest/hardware, art gallery, fitness center, bank, grocery store, dollar store, petting zoo and an air strip. Come spend time with us in Bridger. Remember the speed limit is 25 and crosswalks are enforced. All dogs in Bridger (city limits) need to have a license. Every may dog/animal/kennel license are only $10.00 during that mouth. Chickens and horses need license also. See the city clerk for information. Kids under age 16 can't not being driving cars, 4-wheelers and motorcycles ect. They have to have a valid driver's license. If a child is riding with an adult on a 4-wheeler/motorcycles they need a helmet on. And remember to always buckle up in vehicles. Open containers. Bridger has an open container law. No open containers that contain alcohol are permitted on the streets or alleys in Bridger city limits. Curfew: Curfew applies to those under 18 years old. The Bridger city code is as follows:
15 and under from September 6 through May 31 : 9:00 pm
15 and under from June through September 5th : 10:00 pm
16 and 17 years old Sunday - Thursday 11:00 pm
16 and 17 years old Friday and Saturday: 12:00 am
The explosion of fireworks within the limits of the town is also forbidden, except on JULY 3rd and 4th of each year. Junk Vehicles: Vehicles that do not have Insurance, do not operate and have expired plates all need to be moved off the city streets and alleys in the Bridger city limits. The Bridger Police Department is located at 108 South D Street in Beautiful Bridger, Montana. The Police Department has a total of 3 full time officers and 4 reserve officers.
