Float Yoga - NEW!
This class is designed to practice yoga on a floating board, called a Glide Fit. This yoga practice will connect your mind, body, and breath as well as strengthen your core and improve balance. A swim suit is not required for this class. Fitted shorts, pants, tops, or any yoga gear are acceptable. You will need to get in the water to get to the glide fit. Class is held on Tuesday 9:30-10:30am. There are only 6 spots for this class.

Hello,

Swim Lessons for this evening, Wednesday, February 15th, are cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience but we will not have enough staff. Most of our staff is in the Bridgman High School Band and they have a concert tonight.

We will extend lessons ONE day to March 6th. On Monday, March 6th we will have our super fun family swim.
