Be sure to come out and support our fellow public servant’s on Saturday. This rescue tool will benefit us as we will be able to have faster acces to patients in an accident vs waiting for a neighboring department to respond. This can mean life or death for you or someone you love. These guys give up their time in so many more ways than just responding to calls. Training, truck maintenance and repairs, medical calls, and other needs that vital to our community. Be sure to stop by and show your support.

BQRS member, John Lynn, a veteran former paramedic and now EMT, watched over Brighton Firefighters as they preformed a live fire training exercise on Saturday. Did you know we respond with Brighton Fire to all district fire calls? Some past and current members work both sides of the line. Serving our community is what we do.

There will be an EMT class held in North Liberty, at the fire station starting August 23rd, 2022 and running until December 14th, 2022. Registration is open until August 5th, 2022. The class will be through The University of Iowa EMSLRC. Any questions feel free to reach out by email or PM.
