Youth in foster care ages 16–18 build confidence, life skills, and supportive relationships while living in our group homes, creating a strong foundation for greater independence in adulthood.

Good Samaritan’s Darr House in Springfield and Laura’s Home in Willard serve a combined 30 youth.

During Fiscal Year 25–26, more than 948 workshops focused on workforce development, financial literacy, and essential life skills were provided to youth in our group homes.

Because of your support, our youth are gaining the tools they need to rewrite their stories and become the authors of their own futures. ❤️

Our Residential Treatment Program is a safe and supportive living environment where boys in foster care aged 11–18 heal from the effects of abuse and neglect. Through therapy, they develop healthy ways to cope with trauma, build resilience, and gain confidence.

In Fiscal Year 25 - 26, 43 out of 52 youth experienced a decrease in unhealthy behaviors. Because of your support, our youth were able to rewrite their stories and become the author of their own futures.
