End-of-August Safety Reminders for Our Residents! ☀️

As summer winds down and the new school year gets underway, we’re sharing a few friendly reminders to help keep everyone in our community safe and comfortable heading into the long weekend.

🏫 Back-to-school safety: Please watch for children and families walking to and from school, use designated walkways and crosswalks, and drive slowly through our properties.

☀️ Stay cool: August heat can stick around! Stay hydrated, take breaks from the heat, and check in on neighbors, friends, and family who may need a little extra support during warmer days.

🔐 Keep security in mind: Remember to lock your vehicles, secure your doors and windows, and avoid leaving valuables visible. If you see something unusual, please report it through the appropriate channels.

Wishing all of our residents a safe, happy, and relaxing weekend! Enjoy the last days of August and have a great start to the school year! 📚✨

The summer heat didn't stop the fun! ☀️🌭

Our Windmill Ranch residents joined us for a community cookout filled with great food, conversations, and a good time. Thank you to everyone who came out to spend the day with us—we loved celebrating summer together!

Hughes Station Resident Celebration 🫧

On July 25, Brighton Housing Authority (BHA) staff came together with Hughes Station residents to celebrate the completion of the apartment renovations and recognize the residents who have been part of this exciting transformation.

A special thank you to the Brighton Police Department for joining us and engaging with our residents. We appreciate you sharing valuable safety information, building connections, and helping make this celebration even more meaningful. 🌞
