🚒 Teamwork makes the dream work—especially when there’s grass to cut! 🚜💨

A massive shout-out to the crews from the Forest Junction, Stockbridge, and Chilton Fire Departments for their incredible joint effort on April 25th.

Our local heroes traded their fire hoses for lawnmowers and rakes to tackle WFEM park maintenance and lawn care. While these teams are usually seen working together on the scene of an emergency, it was great to see them united under the sun to keep our community spaces looking sharp.

It’s not always about sirens and flashing lights; sometimes, it’s about rolling up sleeves to ensure our memorial grounds are a beautiful, peaceful place for everyone to visit. 🌿✨
Join us in thanking these departments for their hard work and dedication to our community!

🚒 Reminder to Residents ❄️

With the recent snowfall, please take a few minutes to help keep our community safe.

• Clear snow around fire hydrants near your home. Firefighters may need to access them quickly during an emergency, and every second counts.

• Check your furnace and dryer vents outside your home to make sure they are not blocked by snow or ice. Blocked vents can cause dangerous carbon monoxide buildup inside your home.

Your help makes a big difference in keeping everyone safe. Thank you for doing your part! Please stay safe out there!
